Anna, age 12
This is an interview with one of my best friends Anna B. who has Cystic Fibrosis.

1. When were you diagnosed with CF?
Anna: "I was diagnosed with CF in 1998 when I was seven."
2. Do you mind having CF?
Anna: "I don't mind having CF because I didn't get it bad. Maddy got it in her lungs and I have it in my nose."
3. Do you have to take special medicine?
Anna: "Yes, I do have to take medicine. I take two pills twice a day, and Maddy does too. My pills aren't Enzymes.
4. Do you have to do anything special because of your CF?
Anna: "There is nothing that I have to do besides taking my pills and going to the doctor's.
5. How often do you have to go to the doctor's?
Anna: "I go to Children's Hospital once every three months.
6. Does having a sister with CF make it better or worse?
Anna: "Better because if I have to get a shot or something, Maddy does too. :)"
